The United States Power Squadrons and the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary in conjunction with Seven Points Marina, Huntingdon County Visitors Bureau, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, invite you to help set a new world record for the most number of life jackets worn on a single day!

Free to participate! Just bring a life jacket*!


Join boaters from around the world we kick off National Safe Boating Week and raise awareness about wearing life jackets while boating.


To participate in the World Record Attempt, sign up at our booth in the grassy area behind The Oar House. We'll check out your life jacket and make sure it meets USCG regulations and then you can "Wear It!" while you smile for the camera! Make sure you stick around to get your certificate and a coupon good for 20% off life jackets at The Oar House!


Be sure to stop by at Noon! Marklesburg Volunteer Fire Company will be bringing their rescue boat and the ROV purchased by the Clay Bishop Water Rescue & Safety Fund!
