Certificate Number:
The email status of the certificate holder will be displayed. If it is not "valid" you may request that it be changed to "valid".
If you make the request, their email status will be changed and a test email will be sent to their email address of record. Should their email be "bounced" by their Email Service Provider, their email status will be set to reflect the reason for the "bounce" tomorrow morning.
