If you have created a security question you must use your PIN number, not your zip code to logon. If you are having problems, go to the security information pages.

If you are having trouble with a zip code or certificate number, "Clear Form" and try again. Hint, Leading Zeros should be included. A regular certificate number must be 7 characters and ZIP must be 5.
If you have more than one address, try your other zip code.

If you do not have a US zip code, please enter your local postal code.
