The Delhigh burgee was designed by the son of a charter member, P/C Frank Barnet, Jr., AP. The colors signify "D" and the stars represent the three city area, Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton. The word Delhigh was derived from the names of the two rivers in the area, Lehigh and Delaware Rivers.
