Squadron Burgee Heraldry:
The Kansas City Power Squadron pennant has a combination of the symbols of the City of Kansas City, MO, and of the USPS. The Indian scout mounted on horseback is over looking the junction of the Kansas and Missouri Rivers. The Scout has been used by the city for many years. The outline of the Scout is placed in the Red Field of the USPS emblem along side of the Blue and White Stripes.
