Squadron Burgee:

Squadron Burgee Heraldry:
The burgee of the Wilmington Sail and Power Squadron is a triangular pennant with a ratio of two units on the hoist (height) to three units on the fly (length). The normal size is 12 by 18 inches. The design elements are a field consisting of thirteen alternating vertical stripes (seven blue and six white), the same number and colors of the ensign of the United States Power Squadrons, to represent the ensign and the USPS. A white lozenge (diamond), superimposed on the striped field, has the same proportions (2:3) as the diamond on the flag of the State of Delaware, to represent Delaware. Within the diamond is bold red 'W', to represent Wilmington. A platinum band at the top and bottom of the burgee indicates that the Wilmington Sail and Power Squadron has reached its 75-year anniversary. Material colors of the burgee are Old Glory Red, White and Old Glory Blue, to represent the United States of America, with the 75-year anniversary band of Platinum. There are typos in your writeup which I have updated.
