Maybe D2 will have another National Award Winner! 02/99 Lt/C Richard Winchell, N was one of three instructors awarded the Charles F. Chapman National Award for "Excellence in Teaching." 12/98 From Penfield Power Squadron in D/2: John Henske and Milton M. Meinck both had perfect scores (100%) on Sail 101.
