Bring your camera to your boating events this summer and prepare your entries for the 2013 photo competition. Entries for the 2013 Photo Contest will be accepted January 1 through February 15, 2013 Send your best photos to the D/7 webmaster with a description of the photo, the name of the photographer, and Squadron. |
Only photos taken by a D/7 member of a boating activity during the preceding calendar year may be submitted. The member submitting the photo will be asked to submit an e-mail note that the photo is a qualifying photo. |
The judges review the pictures for composition, interest and story-telling. Pictures of boats and boating and beautiful scenes from boats will probably be better than groups of boaters. Members are urged to cull their pictures down to a few of their very best. |
