Delhigh's annual Change of Watch at Blue on 10 March was
well attended. Retiring commander Rich
Norris gave a great outgoing speech and incoming commander Joe Stemrich gave an
upbeat speech which can be read in the most recent Delhighlights! Thanks to P/R/C William McManimen, III, SN
for holding down the bridge for us in between commanders.
