The raftup was completed by 1 PM on Saturday with the arrival of Adriaan Veldhuisen and family on their Catalina 380 and tied up to the far port side of the raft. Munchies and refreshments were the theme of the afternoon as people moved from boat to boat to sample the offerings and admire each boat up close.

Marie Baer, the raftup chairman, orchestrated the happy hour and dinner arrangements. Not unlike previous raftups there was enough food for all. Dave Baer cooked up a wonder batch of bratwursts to go along with the beans, coleslaw, and salads. Several were seen partaking of second servings.

At 9:50 PM the fireworks at Sea World punctuated the end on a very enjoyable day.

All too soon on Sunday morning it was time for the return to home ports.
