It's time for the Distist to resume development of teaching aids for which we were well recoginized. To get started, there will be a display and judging of teaching aid at the Oct 12 Conference. Time is short so lets get started and see what we can do. All CDRs and SEOs lets see if we can get this on tract.

Balboa 10 Lake Mohave 8 Phoenix 27 San Diego 15 San Luis Rey 6 * * * During his July 2003 overseas trip, P/D/C Don Myers, SN visited the Monument to Maritime Exploration (Padrão dos Descobrimentos) in Belêm region of Cabo da Roca, Portugal. Don paused for a photo opportunity (above left) in the entryway that features an impressive statue of Prince Henry the Navigator.
The Prince Henry the Navigator Award (above right) was presented by the Portuguese Government, represented by Commander Jose' Cabral, to District 28, United States Power Squadrons®, October 19, 1969 at the Fall Conference in Phoenix, Arizona.
