of the USPS Web Award for the years 1999 - 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008
and 2009
The web awards program is no longer being administered by USPS ITCom. Beginning in
2010
the communications committee was responsible for the web awards. D31 has been a
recipient
of this award for 2010 and 2011
