We had three Dinner Choices

8 oz Flat Iron Steak        $26.00

Cooked to medium rare, sliced and presented over Yukon
gold mashed potatoes, finished with a wild mushroom demi.

 

   Pesto Salmon            $25.00

Pan seared salmon topped with pesto butter and pine nuts, served with rice blend.

 

Maple Balsamic Chicken     $25.00

Marinated chicken breast grilled then topped with a cherry and
onion chutney, finished with brie cheese and presented with mashed sweet potatos.

 

Above entrees include salad, fresh vegetable, rolls, butter,
coffee, tea, and after dinner mint ice cream.

 

And a fun program was presented by the Cashin's and the Herman's covering their trip on
the Royal Clipper in the Caribbean's Windward Islands.  Will be an enjoyable time.
