Notice to all Oklahoma Residents between 12 and 16 years of age.
Effective January
2007 you will be required to have a safe boating certificate before
you are allowed to operate any type of motorized watercraft on Oklahoma Lakes. This Safe
Boating Class,
"BoatSmart" will satisfy the Oklahoma and GRDA requirements.
