2008 Halloween Party
by Sharon Dack

Squadron members met at Al and Eileen Trueman's home for our annual party. We are very grateful to Al and Eileen for once again allowing us to invade their home and bringing along some rather interesting characters.

Andy and Linda Pensavalle

Dave and Maureen Evans

John Militello, The Blind Biker

Dave Evans showed up offering free medical services to members. No one was able to understand exactly what type of technical instrument he represented but Maureen looked like a very satisfied patient. It is hard to figure out if John Militello was looking for his "hog" or another beer. How Linda got Andy to attend wearing his Long Johns is still a mystery. Andy did say that the fact that he got to have hair for the evening did help. That bottle of liquid refreshment in his hand probably did not hurt either.

Zorro Wanna be, Al Trueman

Eileen Trueman...She is hardly a witch

Our host and hostess were all decked out in black, but the atmosphere at the Trueman residence at party time was anything but dark. Al and Eileen are the host and hostess with the mostest.

Dawn and Ken Pierce made an interesting study. We didn't exactly know who was stalking whom. Ken and Dawn are avid outdoors people having come to Bullhead from Colorado. Judging by what Dawn is packing, she probably came out on top of any confrontation with her rather dubious looking partner.

Mike and Barbara Accardo

Our pillar of stability, Mike Accardo, certainly evidenced his background in education when he arrived looking the part of Socrates or Aristotle or, maybe just a guy that did not get his clothes back from the laundry on time. The oil business has certainly been good to Ali Ben Dack and his princess. They both turned up in their finest desert garb. Ali and Sharon were a little put off by the fact that they got a ticket for double parking their camel.

Unfortunately there would be no room in this publication to showcase all the members and their costumes, but a grand time was had by all and everyone's participation was greatly appreciated.
