Portland Navigators

NAVIGATOR is the highest grade awarded by the USPS in its educational program.  Before achieving this grade, the member must have completed Seamanship, Piloting, Advanced Piloting, Junior Navigation and Navigation.  Those who attain the grade of Navigator have proved their proficiency in all phases of navigation, culminating in the practice and theory of celestial navigation.  We can be justly proud of our "Ns", as they add prestige and honor to our Squadron.
