Somerset Sail and Power Squadron is located in the Somerville area of north-central New Jersey (Somerset County) and is a part of District 4. Somerset was chartered 17 March 1971. We are an active squadron with a membership of approximately one hundred. On 28 June 2003 we changed our name from Somerset Power Squadron to Somerset Sail & Power Squadron to better reflect our organization's makeup.

Course offerings
The ABC3 Public Boating Course.
  • If anyone is interested in information about our next ABC3 course , they should contact our Squadron Educational Officer.
  • This is a 3 to 3 1/2-hour class that runs for 3 weeks, but there is flexibility in the class scheduling.
