Balboa Sail and Power Squadron offers a wide range of Education courses aimed at improving the boating skills of the general public and of its members. Tuition is free: the only charge is for materials. Courses scheduled for 2009 are shown below:

Courses are held at the Squadron Headquarters Building, 1714 West Balboa Boulevard, Newport Beach, California. or at the Sea Scout Base, Newport Beach.
