For students in Hingham and Scituate schools-- BOAT SMART given once or twice a year as an after-school program within the schools. Meets all the requirements of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for children between ages 12 and 16, and is approved by the National Association of Boating Law Administrators is entitled Boat Smart® for children.
