EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
New to boating? Or are you an experienced mariner? Either way, expand your boating knowledge and skill through the USPS Education Curriculum. All classes are fun and informative, and connect you with other boaters.
Bare Cove Sail & Power Squadron offers many formal educational courses and seminars held in classroom settings. Our courses are taught by certified member instructors with many years of boating experience. Participants who complete courses are recognized with a certificate. BCSPS members are allowed to display their grade after their name. Completed courses may count as credits towards a reduction in your boat insurance premium.

While you do not have to be a member to take a course or seminar, we encourage you to join for all of the other benefits that come with being a US Power Squadron member.
