Cdr Kevin J. Pisani, JN
Kevin has been a member of Bremerton Sail & Power Squadron since 2005. For the past three years he has been our Squadron Education Officer. He has over 25 years boating experience in New England, Chesapeake Bay and Puget Sound. He currently resides aboard his 46' Kha Shing motoryacht in Bremerton.

Executive Officer
Lt/C Robert Allen, S

Bob Allen has been a member of the Squadron since 2003. He and his wife, Karen, have the power boat NELLA B. They live on Stretch Island, Grapeview. He served in the USCG and is a retired hospitality executive. He currently teaches snow sports, grows wine grapes and involved in a winery. He has been obsessed with boats and racing sailboats since childhood. Allen has boated from south Puget Sound to Alaska and many points in between.

Administrative Officer
Lt/C Jean Muenzenberger, S
Jean joined the Bremerton Sail & Power Squadron in 2008. In 2009 she served as Secretary and Administrative Officer and since she did such a fabulous job she was asked to continue in 2010 as Administrative Officer. She is a native of Wisconsin and moved to the area in 2008, and considers Washington her home. She is attending Everest College studying Medical Insurance Billing and Coding which she will complete in August 2010. Currently, she is without a boat, unless you count the wooden row boat hanging in her kitchen.

Educational Officer
Lt/C Robert Anderson, AP

Member of USPS since 8/29/1977. Bob has taught the Weather class since 1974. He has taught Boating, Seamanship, Piloting, Advanced Piloting, Weather, Cruise Planning, Instructor Development and Operations training classes as well as most of the USPS seminars.

Secretary
Lt/C Tom St Louis, P
Twenty Two + years as a Navy nuclear propulsion plant operator and instructor coupled with 7 years as an instructor at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard has prepared me well for the Engine Maintenance Course instructor. I have no degree in engine design, but have been working on automobiles since graduating from the 8th grade, when my father and I opened our own shop. Being a mid west transplant I have boating experience on most types of waters, ranging from canoes to my 26' Campion cruiser. Hobbies include maintaining my boat, vehicles, fishing, camping and working.

Treasurer
Lt/C Alice Hill AP

Alice served as the treasurer for the Bremerton Sail and Power Squadron in the mid-1990's, and was asked to take the position again in 2004. She enjoys this position as this allows her to contribute to the Squadron. She is a native of Michigan and moved to the area in 1980, and considers Washington her home. She is a nurse by profession, and spent 20 years working at Harrison Medical Center. Currently, she and Don are without a boat, unless you count the little sailing dinghy in the rafters of their garage.
