The United States Power Squadrons®
annual meeting at Jacksonville, Florida, is a place to learn
about the latest events, laws affecting boaters, educational
courses and course-delivery methodologies, tools and techniques
for recreational boaters, as well as meeting old friends and
making new ones. Charles River Sail and Power Squadron has always
been well represented, and 2013 was no exception.
