Charleston Power Squadron Cruise to Water's Edge on Shem Creek, January 20, 2007
The Squadron went to The Waters Edge Restaurant on Shem Creek for a lunch-cruise on Saturday, 20 January 2007. Four boats made the trip. Tony and Boo Ward came in their Hatteras “Knotless II.” Jerry and Jenny Reves brought the trawler “Sweet Grass.” Art and Merle Clark came to Shem Creek event in the cruiser “Sunday Drive” with Stan and Karen Whitman aboard. Wendy and David Walsh arrived with Ross and Carol Burgess aboard “Reely Fun”. In all 30 people attended the event, ate some good food and had a great time with squadron friends. The boating weather was exceptionally good for a Charleston January. Here are some photos taken at The Water’s Edge Restaurant and Dock at Shem Creek.
