| The new CoCh year is now upon us. Dist. 14 has had it’s first report from Bob Bach (Cape Cod) – a Marine Facility from Chart 13229. He was just in time to make the last submission on Edition 29, and I am waiting for Nat’l approval. There is a new Edition out #30 of April, 2008. As I had guessed, the Small Craft Facility list has been shortened, and has only 34 entries. Save your old lists, as many old facilities can be re-submitted as - NEW-, and may make the next new edition. If you are having trouble on or with your computer making reports, remember that if you do the required legwork, I will give you help to get the report approved, but - will not do the legwork for you. Best to make a paper copy for me to help you with. The whole reporting procedure seems firm now. See my CoCh letter of 8/23/2007 for a better explanation. I am in the process of revising the Facility Report listing for Chart 13229 (to rev. 6) to incorporate the sites on the new list, and intend to also have a “New Reports – 2008/2009 year “- to help your plans for facility reports. Remember – facilities can be reported only once a year – so – if they are not on the rev 6-check list, go to the main CoCh page and check last time reported to save work. If a facility was not on the reported list for a year, it should be reportable now, even if it is not on the new back cover. If you are looking for NEW News, so am I. The D 14 website has a CoCh section with comprehensive instruction lists. http://www.usps.org/localusps/d14/ | ||
