Golden Eagle Award
Annually, the National Cooperative Charting Committee presents the national GOLDEN EAGLE award to the district Cooperative Charting chairman who has best prepared his district during the year for current and future excellence in Cooperative Charting. We are please to announce that D21 & Houston's own P/C Richard "Dick" C. Snapp, AP will be presented with the Golden Eagle award at the 2009 Anaheim Annual Meeting in February.
