IRS File Number for USPS: 580000848 May File TR1 form from HQ to them to maintain your non profit exemption under the national umbrella May – Jun Process dues renewals notifying Cdr/ECom of delinquent members HQAB: All D21 Squadrons are in the Headquarters Annual Billing. National will mail bills and follow-up invoices. There will be a web site accessed by the DB2000 password to keep you abreast of the status www.usps.org/dues/reports. Remittance will be electronically deposited to your account twice a month. Special note on new member processing: do not prorate the annual amount, submit the total amount to HQ.
