Cooperative Charting Award

This award is presented by national to the District Cooperative Charting Chairman for outstanding service. The Golden Eagle Award was presented to P/C Don Steward, N, of Tybee Light Power Squadron in 1995. This award was presented to Edward Zeaser of Thurmond Lake Sail & Power Squadron in 2007.

Operations Training Award

This award is presented by national to the District Operations Training Officer having the highest percentage of members (including squadron bridge and district officers) who have current Operations Training Certificates.

This award is presented by national to the squadron submitting the best scrapbook for the preceding year. The winner of the district competition is submitted for competition at the national level.

Outstanding Achievement in Junior Navigation and Navigation

This award is presented by the National Navigation Committee to squadrons. The Greenville Power Squadron was awarded second place in 1988, and Tybee Light Power Squadron was awarded second place in 1992.

USPS VSC Century Club

This award is presented by the National Safety Committee to recognize those individuals who have completed more than 100 Vessel Safety Checks during the year. Lt Jeffrey P. Oxnard, S from the North Strand Sail & Power Squadron. Jeff was credited with completing 101 VSCs during 2012.

Roger Upton Public Relations Video Tape Award

This award is presented by national to the squadron submitting the best video tape of activities for the preceding year. The Greenville Power Squadron was awarded second place in 1985, and Tybee Light Power Squadron was awarded second place in 1993.

USPS MICA Award

This award is presented by the national Member Involvement Committee in recognition of squadron programs that best solve specific member involvement problems. The Swamp Fox Power Squadron took first place in the MICA Award in 1997.

Morse-Dreher Teaching Aid Award

This award is presented by national to districts having 100% squadron participation in the Annual Teaching Aids Exhibit. District 26 has received the award annually from 1983 through 2007.

Poster Appreciation Certificate

2008: Brent Alexander Herman, Lake Murray, for poster displayed at the 2009 USPS Annual meeting.

Finley Award

A prestigious award that recognizes USPS members who are also youth or adult Sea Scout leaders who have provided outstanding civic, educational, and fraternal leadership to both the Sea Scouts and the United States Power Squadrons through civic involvement, educational achievement, and active participation in both programs. District 26 members so recognized:
