As a result of the dissolution of D31, the squadrons that made up this district have been reattached to other adjacent districts.  Oklahoma City S&P have been attached to D21.  Beaver Lake S&P and Grand Lake S&P have been attached to D30

graphic in masthead designed in 1998 by P/D/C William Sherman, SN, member of the Grand Lake
Sail and Power Squadron, was adopted as our official district logo . 
District 31 has been the recipient
of the USPS Web Award for the years 1999 - 2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007,  2008 and 2009
The web awards program is no longer being administered by USPS ITCom.  Beginning in 2010
the communications committee was responsible for the web awards.  D31 has been a recipient
of this award for 2010 , 2011 and 2012
