a unit of Located in Central and Northern New Jersey plus the New York City boroughs of Manhattan, Staten Island, and the Bronx, District 4 is one of 33 Districts that make up the United States Power Squadrons. various levels of recreational boating proficiency. We intend to have
USPS certification accepted as the national certificate for the USA.
