District 4 Flag




At the 1997 Fall Governing Board in San Antonio, TX District 4 received the honor of being the first District to have its flag approved by the USPS Governing Board.

Designed by P/D/C/ Bill Chefalas, SN, and approved by the National Flag & Etiquette Committee, the District flag is surrounded by a gold trim representing 50 years of service to the boating community.

At the 1999 Annual Meeting in Orlando the revised D/4 was approved.
