USPS Membership is for anyone who shares:

1. Our common love of boating,

2. Has successfully completed one of the following classes:

• USPS® Basic Boating Course

• America's Boating Course

• Coast Guard Boating Safety Class

• or Equivalent Boating Safety Course;

3. And is interested in advancing the objectives of the organization: the education of members, participation in civic programs, and the creation of an atmosphere of friendship and camaraderie among members.
