What in the world is a COW?  Folks, this is our Change of Watch, annual event held at National, District and Squadron levels when last year's officers are relieved of their command and duties and our newly elected officers are sworn in and assume their duties for the coming year. It is a very festive occasion and a time for party, dining and fun! Our last LNSPS COW 2010 was held aboard the "Lady of the Lake", cruising Lake Norman.
