| Printer Help: Use Print Preview before printing. Two pages will print. It is necessary to send only the first page with information. Second page should contain address where Registration form and Check should be sent. It may be necessary to adjust settings in Page Setup available from the File menu to set Printing preferences for your particular printer. You may need to set preferences to: top/bottom=0 and left/right=0.25" Following these changes, all browsers print correctly. Tested under IE6 and IE7, Netscape v4.8 & 7.0, Foxfire. |
