What in the world is a COW?  Folks, this is our Change of Watch, an annual event when last year's officers are relieved of their command and duties and our newly elected officers are sworn in and assume their duties for the coming year. It is a very festive occasion and a time for party, dining and fun! This year, our District 27 COW was held at the Adams Mark in Winston-Salem, NC in mid-March. The first night was filled with a lot of activity when individual squadrons hosted hospitality suites. The theme of the night was "Great Navigators in History". LNSPS chose Leif Ericsson and our suite was decorated accordingly and our members filled it with Vikings. Below are some pictures of our squadron members plus four pictures of members from other squadrons enjoying the festivities.
