At the recent "Celebrate Families" Day held at Peasley Middle School-         Gloucester, RPSS officers manned a booth promoting boating education and safety.  They placed special emphasis on the new boating law in Virginia requiring children age 13 and under to wear life jackets while onboard a boat.  Two life jackets were raffled off.   Seven people signed up to take the Public Safe Boating course to begin in March.
