Safe Boating at its best, serving MetroWest
Nobscot Power Squadron is a unit of the United States Power Squadron ®, serving the MetroWest area of Boston. Nobscot is dedicated to providing its members and members of the community with safe boating education.
Through a network of courses, students can learn how to be better boaters. Courses range from basic seamanship to weather to celestial navigation. The first course, the Boating Course, is open to the public and is taught two or three times per year. All other courses are only available to Nobscot members.
Membership in Nobscot Sail & Power Squadron is open to any member of the community who has passed the Boating course and is interested in safe boating.
This web site is intended as a vehicle to inform members of the community about the courses open to the public and to inform current Nobscot members about upcoming events.
