Roger Concannon

Roger is a retired Lieutenant with the Environmental Police.  He developed, coordinated, and led the department’s education batch for basic and advance boat operations. He was involved in department’s coordination and implementation of assistance to the Coast Guard for all Tall Ship events 1974 to 2005 and USS Constitution sail.   He also participated in the search efforts for JFK Jr.
