The Pompano Beach Sail & Power Squadron  wants to help you enjoy your boating experience in a safe and enjoyable manner.  Enroll in our next class to see for yourself if we can improve your knowledge, safety,  and enjoyment of a passion we all love.

We  hold 4 America's Boating Courses  through out the year, and many Advanced Courses. All classes are held at our squadron base located one block west of Federal Hwy (US 1) and one block  north of Sample Road on the west side of 18th Terrace in Pompano Beach, Florida.

All of our advanced courses are now open to the public, so everyone is welcome, although there are requirements for a few courses.

We have a dinner meeting the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30PM.  We usually have one Rendezvous at a Marina in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties and one Raft up at Lake Boca each month.  Occasionally, our Rendezvous' extend even farther.   As a member, you can go to one, two or all of them if you chose.  The cost of dockage in almost all cases is much less than what a hotel room would cost and you have the use of all of the amenities of the Marina/Hotel.  We have Dock Parties at each Rendezvous, so bring some food to share and your appetite.  At many Rendezvous, we have other events including shopping, swimming, going to a restaurant for lunch or dinner, or you can eat at the local dockside restaurant (your boat).  If you don't have a boat at the time or if you are not a member and would just like to see what our rendezvous are like, just come for the day in your car.
