Boating Education An Educated Boater is a safer boater. Potomac River Power Squadron, in unison with United States Power Squadrons, provides many skill building opportunities to the general public through a variety of courses and seminars. Our instructors are certified regarding their ability to teach and to use of modern instructional techniques. All classes are fun and informative, and bring you into contact with other boaters. UPCOMING BOATING COURSE: September 26, 2009 (Two sessions), Boating Safety, Seafarers Yacht Club, 1950 M Street, SE, Washington, DC.. Contact: Arline Leggett, 202-526-0289.
