The Rocky Mount Power Squadron Burgee represents the squadron initials "RM" and is composed of a red border surrounding the International Alphabet red and yellow signal flag "Romeo" superimposed over the International Alphabet blue and white signal flag "Mike".

For the standard 12" x 18" burgee, the flags "Romeo" and "Mike" are proportioned to 6" x 9" with 1" stripes. The burgee is trimmed with a 1" red border and retains the 1" stripes of the signal flags by trimming the flag "Romeo" to 3" by 4.5" and extending and trimming the flag "Mike" to fit within the 1" red border.
