2000 - COMMANDER'S MESSAGE
NELSON GAINEY, P
I am highly
honored to have been nominated and elected to the position of Commander
of the Rocky Mount Power Squadron.
Our Squadron is very prominent in District 27 of the United
States Power Squadrons®.
Marine related
education and cooperative charting are synonymous with United States
Power Squadrons®.
We in the Rocky Mount Power Squadron can be proud that our
educational offerings and cooperative charting contributions are second
to none. |
This
year's boating activities, educational opportunities, and cooperative charting
events are currently being planned. They
will be finalized at our meetings and presented monthly in our newsletter, The
Coastal Plains Signal. Please
plan to participate! With your
involvement, these activities will be exciting, fun, and successful.
I
pledge my support and challenge each member to contribute accordingly so this,
the first year of the new Millennium, is the best year ever for the Rocky Mount
Power Squadron!
