If you can't view the PDF files, you have some options.  One is to update your browser or install a PDF reader.  A PDF reader allows you to copy from the download.

To download and install Adobe® Reader®. To do so, click the graphic 
Download Adobe Reader  to get your free copy.  Then install it on your computer, and you're ready to view and print Adobe Acrobat (PDF) documents!

Step 1  Select Language English,  Connection speed dial-up or broadband, Platform operating system your computer has
Step 2  Click on download at the bottom of the screen
Step 3  Save this program to disk       Note where you are saving it and File name   psa2se_DLM_us-full in programs for example!
Step 4   Select save.  A short down load occurs.   Select  open    some 5 minutes for Broadband (DSL) is required to download psa2se_us.exe
Step 5   Select Install Now    Installs Adobe Reader 6.0.1 and Photoshop Album 2.0 Starter Edition Step on you computer
Step 6 - 10   Click on Next Install Finish etc.
Step 11   X out of Adobe Reader    Select Back  a few times until your at the main page of out WEB site.
 

To update your browser go to the Microsoft Web Page and download Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1.  Instructions are good.

Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) is the industry standard in sending documents over the internet.  The PDF format converts word files (which are larger by nature since they contain editing information) to very compact files.  Downloads are faster and more files can be stored on the WEB disks.

The PDF files requires some type of reader on the computer accessing the document.  When accessing the file it allows scrolling, searching and printing.  Typical no editing is available such as a Word Processor allows you to.  The high end versions allow information from the document to be copied to another document.  Generating a PDF file requires special software and ranges in price from very expensive to freeware.
