A NEW USPS PROGRAM IS JUST STARTING

B0AT OPERATOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Becoming an Advanced Certifier authorizes you to teach the USPS Safe Powerboat Handling program.

Demonstrating your powerboat handling skills on the water is one of the Requirements for becoming an

Advanced Certifier.

For interested members contact your SEO who will order for you the USPS BOC Inland Navigator (IN) Guide which includes the 'Start Powerboating Right' IN Candidates Guide and an IN passport ($30).

Certifiers (only) will qualify boating members who wish to learn these skills.
