Boating Links for Kids

This area was to be a link to Sea Vester, a website that had cool things for kids to do including an animated knot tying game where they could learn how to tie basic nautical knots. Well, Sea Vester has flown the coup and I haven't been able to find him anywhere. While trying to find him, I found some other interesting sites that kids and parents will enjoy.

The first of these is Boat Safe Kids and is similar to Sea Vester and answers many questions kids may have about nautical terms. It also has some games and even instructions on how to tie knots. Its parent site BoatSafe.com has information of interest to the parents.

Another site with links to knot tying instructions plus much more is BareBoatsBVI.com. This site contains links to many other sites of interest to all boaters.
