Purchase the software from an authorized Rose Point Navigation Systems reseller. Visit www.rosepointnav.com for a complete list. 2. Call Rose Point Navigation Systems at 425-605-0985 and ask for sales within 30 days of purchase. 3. Identify yourself as a current USPS member that has purchased the software. Rose Point will fax or e-mail you a form to fill out. 4. Fill in the following information on the form; name, address, phone number, e-mail, USPS certificate number, Coastal Explorer serial number, and a receipt indicating where it has been purchased. 5.
