By Land or By Sea, Cuisine of the United States Power Squadrons   is more than just another cookbook.  In addition to all the best recipes contributed by the members of USPS, it includes brief histories of the Auxiliaries, squadrons and USPS.  It also includes ideas for fund raisers, special events, crafts and many other ideas gathered throughout USPS. By Land or By Sea was the idea of the National Auxiliary Advisory Committee.  It was conceived with a dual purpose, as a guidebook to be used by squadrons and to increase organizational exposure and visibility in the public sector. Not to be outdone in the kitchen, the Past Chief Commanders of USPS have stepped up to contribute to By Land or By Sea.

The price of the cookbook is $25.00 plus shipping and handling. The book is available at National meetings at the Shipstore and can be ordered from Headquarters Toll Free.

oval   Special discounted book prices are available to squadrons and districts by purchasing case units - (6 units/case).
        1 case (6 units) @ $20.00 per unit + S/H
        2 or more cases @ $18.00 per unit + S/H
        Books will be sent as Educational materials. Check paid in full to Headquarters.
        No open cases to be returned for credit.  Squadrons and districts may set selling price.

Recipes

The Auxiliary Advisory Committee wants to thank everyone who submitted a recipe for the cookbook.  We  received 1743 recipes from 260 Squadrons.  Every District has had at least one recipe submitted.  Recipes included in the cookbook have been tested at least twice.
