Marine Environment Committee Responsibilities
The MEnvCom is responsible for:
- Cruise Planning (CP) course
- Weather (Wx) course
- Onboard Weather Forecasting Seminar
- Oceanography Learning Guide
MEnvCom will be replacing the Oceanography Learning Guide with a new guide titled, "Mariner's Environment." This guide will cover the topics of ocean exploration history, physical oceanography, marine geology and biology, and environmental issues in the aquatic environment.
