The MEnvCom is responsible for:
- Cruise Planning (CP) course
- Weather (Wx) course
- Boating on Rivers, Locks and Lakes Seminar
- Onboard Weather Forecasting Seminar

Weather course instructors should be sure to read about the launch of Wx2008 in 2009, the 2010 revisions to the Instructor Manual and PowerPoint presentation, refinements and corrections to the student manual, and the final exam—all on the Weather (Wx) course page.
