The Offshore Navigation Committee (ONCom) has assumed the task of technical support for The Capn program.

If you have questions about installation or operation of The Capn program and can't find an answer in your student manual or program documentation, please do NOT contact Star Technologies directly. Instead, complete and submit the following form to the ONCom. Your comments or questions will go to The Capn contacts in the Offshore Navigation Committee.
