  1. I'll use this box for general comment.  I am the local BOATING chairman and have taught the BOATING course for about ten years (over 900 graduates).  The ENSIGN has been a part of my course since day one.  Jim Hunicke, AP.

  3. I'd like to see an educational section, officers guide, in depth repair of boat & more support of wearing the uniform
