9 squadrons receive Power of One banners at meeting

At the 2007 Annual Meeting in Jacksonville, Fla., C/C Ernie Marshburn, SN, awarded commemorative Power of One banners to nine squadrons whose membership increased 25 percent or more during the previous year.
